P.S. after about 15 secs, there is a pain barrier to get through where you can start to panic and feel sharp pains in your chest. Relax in your mind but keep hold of your breath. This only lasts a few seconds and then it gets easier. I'm not medically trained but I suppose I should say I don't recommend this method if your father has a serious heart condition.
