Hi Shintroy! You could try it both (or several) ways. Some people scramble the eggs before pouring them into the boiling broth. Some put the egg in, let it cook a bit and then break the yolk. See which ways you like it best, or just do it differently for variety! Thanks for watching!	cmtoy
