Endure gives you recon for your avatar (you need Halo Waypoint), you have to get all of the Vidmasters to get Recon on the actual game, i have all but one, :'(	Kreason95

Ye you do get it from bungie it will say road to recon then it will say unlock recon then you click on it and make sure that you are logged out then log back in then check your armor. you must have all the vidmasters	wdermid
