| You don't always have to roll, even after a relatively high drop. If the drop is straight vertical down, what would rolling actually do? Try it next time your out training. Rolls are used more for drops which cannot be controlled very well (running jumps for example). | HaoPK |

| it was a good video, i can do le parkour myself, but not perfect. I must say some elements were a bit BS. Like some of those landings that were really deep had to have been fake cause he didnt roll into all of his falls but, it was great, he is good. I would love to put my skills to the test, if only i knew some good spots cause i live in new york, and its to crowded and to many cops to do parkour. I think i will move one day, lol. | brdclnr |
