No, because all satellites do eventually (like a billion years) collide with the planet that it orbits around. strongly depends on what "life" stands for. Human beings tend to associate life as a copy of life forms on earth. in reality i think that life as such is as variable as our life forms are here on earth. but when you dont know what you're looking for it will be difficult ti find it :)	WolYou
